"Applied Plasma Medicine Center" workshop

At the second workshop of the Applied Plasma Medicine Center (APMC), a German-Korean project in plasma medicine, experts from the INP and the Kwangwoon University in Seoul came to a first conclusion of their cooperation. Within this cooperation, which is part of a Korean excellence research program, the medical application of cold atmospheric pressure plasma in Asia is to be established.

The event took place after the International Workshop on Plasma for Cancer Treatment (IWPCT), which was held on March 20-21, 2018. Around 120 scientists from 21 countries visited the University Medicine  Greifswald and the INP.
