We would like to thank the attendees for the numerous participation and the great contributions on our 23th International Conference on Gas Discharges and their Applications (GD 2023), which was successfully held at Greifswald, Germany, September 10-15, 2023.

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the 23rd International Conference on Gas Discharges and their Applications (GD2023) which will be held in Greifswald, Germany, now from 10th to 15th September 2023.

The international conference series on gas discharges and their applications will be held in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, in Germany and will be organized jointly by the Leibniz Institute for Plasma Science and Technology, the Max Planck Institute for Plasma Physics and the Institute of Physics at the University of Greifswald.

The conference explores all kinds of gas discharges, ranging from low pressure to high pressure plasmas, from thermal to non-thermal plasmas and their applications, such as pulsed-power technology, light sources, switchgear, environmental and medical applications.
