The Leibniz Institute for Plasma Science and Technology is in close cooperation with the University of Rostock and operates several laboratories there.
These currently include the professorship for Applied Physics in the field of Bioelectrics, the professorship "Plasmas for Surfaces" at the Institute of Physics of as well as the chair for High Voltage and High Current Engineering at the Faculty of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering of the University of Rostock.
