Design, construction and validation of a plasma pocket – a technological solution for mobile and outpatient use of medical plasma sources

This joint project is developing a new device called ‘PlasmaPocket’ that can be used to perform and document reproducible plasma treatment of wounds in the home. It serves as an adaptive supplement to certified plasma devices to ensure correct treatment is carried out on an outpatient basis and to document the success of the treatment on the wound at the same time.
