Joint project

System for assessing and documenting the bacterial load of wounds during the wound healing process

In this clinical study by the KDK, a new method for the rapid and non-invasive determination of bacterial load and visualisation of bacterial films directly in the wound using spectroscopy is being tested in patients with infected diabetic ulcers or leg ulcers in comparison with the gold standard.
