Diversity is part of who we are – INP signs the Diversity Charter

 

INP has signed the Diversity Charter. With this step, we are clearly committing to a workplace where everyone is welcome – regardless of origin, gender, age, religion, physical or mental abilities, sexual orientation, or social background.

By signing the Charter, we affirm that diversity and mutual respect are not just important to us – they are part of our identity, both in our daily work and in how we engage with the world around us.

The Diversity Charter is a nationwide initiative in Germany that calls on companies and institutions to promote diversity and take a stand against discrimination. More than 6,000 organizations have joined so far – and now, we’re one of them.

What we aim to do:

  • We foster a workplace culture built on respect and openness.
  • We regularly review our internal processes – to ensure fair opportunities for all.
  • We talk about diversity – within our teams and with the public.
  • And we’re transparent about what we implement and how we progress.

“By signing the Diversity Charter, we are sending a clear message – in favor of diversity, equal opportunities, and a culture where everyone can contribute,” says Marion Henkel, Diversity Officer at INP.

We strongly believe that diversity makes us stronger – as a team, as an organization, and as part of society.
