- Contact details (email, telephone)
- Company affiliation and role
- Communication content
- Where applicable, visit and access data
5. Source of the data
The data is usually collected directly from you or provided by your company.
6. Recipients of the data
Your data is processed internally by the relevant specialist departments.
Data will only be disclosed where necessary, e.g. to:
- tax advisers, public authorities or funding bodies
- IT service providers (processors in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR)
- Legal advisers
7. Transfers to third countries
Where, in the course of our data processing, personal data is transferred to third countries (outside the EU or the EEA), this is done exclusively in compliance with the legal requirements.
Such transfers are made in particular on the basis of the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses pursuant to Article 46 of the GDPR or – where applicable – on the basis of an adequacy decision pursuant to Article 45 of the GDPR.

8. Retention period
Your data will be stored for the duration of the business relationship and in accordance with statutory retention periods.
Once the purpose no longer applies, the data will be deleted, provided there are no statutory retention obligations.

Without this data, communication or contract processing may not be possible.
